I agree that you will burn more calories on an elliptical machine. I have a Nordic Track Treadmill at home and I like it alot. I haven't been on it in a while, because machines tend to bore me a little. But I'm glad I have it, just in case I need it...lol! :happy:

I agree that the DAILY challenges are a great way to make sure that all members are logging in. It's very easy to get really busy and fall of the band wagon. So DAILY definately helps for me! :happy: My favorite cal snack is the YO CRUNCH yogurt by Breyers...yummy!
