Squats squats and more squats lol I started doing 100 day and have increased them. Currently at 165 squats a day. I havent lost any weight BUT my clothes are A LOT more comfy and! My butt is perking up... Seriously .... Squat. U can do them anywhere doesn't take long at all.

Can I add my lil timed sprints? Total time today =60min. Time left 900 min :) not bad since my Gf wanted to stop 30 min in but I dragged her butt with me for another 30 lol she wasn't very happy but she finished with me :)

Hey what if I only have a small net cals once or twice a week? I have a hard time meeting my net cals on Tuesday and Thursday but I'm almost always over during the weekend. I do the actual Zumba classes (i started abt 2 wks ago) and log it in as dancing - aerobics. I love it! its super fun and you dont realize how much you are actually working out.
