Good Morning my Lovey Libras....Welcome to our very own Challenge Day 1!

Lets do this, lets reach our goals and have fun doing it together! LIBRAS UNITE

First I would like to give you your daily challenge that will remain in place for the entire journey, which is to start and end every single day with 8oz of water, these 2 glasses of water will be above and beyond your regular daily intake.

*also your challenges should be above and beyond any regular excercise routine you already have going on!

Todays challenge is an all day Challenge:

50 Squats

50 Jumping Jacks

50 Crunches

60 Second Plank (hold for 60seconds)

10 Lunges

ready....set...GO!!!

When you have completed your daily challenge reply to My Blog post (not this post) "DONE"~and what ever else you want to add...like where you did your challenge, how you broke it up through out your day, funny experiences etc...

    DONE, don't tell me, am I really first to reply? LoL. My hubby goes to breakfast club Friday a.m. (My off day) so I usually exercise before shower that day. Have a small set up in our large laundry room, all are posted on my diary plus a few extras. The big NSV (which I will post public) is that I did the jumping jacks, all 50, real ones without knee pain. This is my first try in over 25 years! I have always had to do the one legged kick style since knee surgery in early 80's. All this strength training is finally paying off. However, I am not sure I am going to add them to my regular routine, don't want to stress the arthritis too much. PS: I did 26 reverse and 26 regular lunges, so exceeded the challenge. ;-)

    I will be doing mine tonight the challenges ! Where do we weigh in at i was just wondering ? Libras are going to Crush the Scales !

    Oh my!!! To do all those is quite challenging!!! Well at least I got one done this morning... 100 crunches! Will work on the rest when I get home from work :)
