  • Seems like your gaining muscle and thats why the scale isnt moving, but your toning and slimming your shape hence why they clothes are loose but the scales wont budge. This is a fantastic achievement well done, who cares if the scales wont go down but your clothes are :-)

  • Have you tried hula hooping with a weight hoop?? You will need to do other things alongside this, but i find it great for trimming, toning and defining your waist, hurts to start with but build it up slowly and youll soon notice a difference

  • You can get special weighted ones, mine is heavier than normal ones so makes you work harder and better for toning. It also has sections you can add or take away to make it bigger or smaller, the bigger the hoope the harder and better for you.
  • Im back for the July challenge i only lost 3lb in the June challenge so determined to conquer this month SW - 180lbs CW - 177lbs GW - 172lbs UGW - 154lbs

  • I think everyone who is on a weight loss journey has a stage where they do not loose anything. If it makes you feel any better in 4 weeks i have only lost 1.6lb :-( i ensure that i have at least a 4000 calorie deficit every weeks and have only lost weight on one of those weeks. Have you tried changing your exercise regime…
