I currently burn about 225-250 per session and I am 5'6 180 lbs. I'm not sure if because I am a runner also that I don't burn as much or what but I am loving the results anyway

Fitting into regular clothes, more energy and seeing my collar bones and feeling my hip bones!

I will try it again tonight, but I think the pocket on mine is smaller than usual or something because the length of the iPhone 5 doesn't fit in mine.

I am on week 3 Day 3&4 (I skipped yesterday) so I am doing T25 Cardio and Lower focus tonight after work. I have been only doing 1 on Fridays though and still haven't tried lower focus so I bet it will be killer! Great job everyone!

Don't be nervous! Run when you can, walk when you cant :) I am doing my first half marathon on Sunday and using the Galloway running method and a 1:1 ratio (1 minute run, 1 minute walk)

I don't have an S4 but just wanted to let you know that the iFitness belts don't fit the iPhone 5 so I doubt it would fit your phone also :( I am running my first half on Sunday and plan on using the iFitness belt for gels/chapstick/stuff like that and using an armband for my phone

1) My biggest clothes were getting tight and no way was I going up anymore! 2) My doctors told me that I was pre-diabetic and I was on high cholestrol meds at 23 3) I wanted to live a long and healthy life and not have it be cut short

Great goal! My goal for September is 60 miles and 13.1 of them will be completed at my first half marathon on September 1st :)

I weigh myself daily, but only record it every Friday morning

Me! I am on Week 3. I haven't lost much weight, but I have lost 1 inch off my waist and 1/2 inch off my arms. I think the reason that I am not losing is that I just don't have much left to lose :/ My body feels pretty stable at this weight

I eat back some of them on the days I burn a lot..but I hardly ever eat all of them back
