How do I break my plateau?
I have been stuck boucing around between 160-164 lbs for the past 2 months and I think I am in a plateau. What would you suggest to help me break it? I am eating 1200-1400 calories a day and working out 5x a week (burning 600-800 calories a day)

Cleanse & Lean Pills?
I've been feeling really bloated lately and my local vitamin store suggested that I try this colon cleanse. Has anyone else done one before and did it help? They told me to take 1 pill a day for 3-4 days but I'm not sure..

Long distance running advice needed
I am scheduled to run 11 miles tomorrow morning for my half marathon training and I will have my hydration pack and Jelly Belly Sports with me..is there anything else I should bring? The most I have ran so far is 7.2 miles so this will be longer than what I am used to

Eating before a run?
I have a training run to do this evening at the gym since it's too hot outside right now..but I won't be going until after dinner. How long should you wait after dinner to go for a jog/run?

Not losing at 1200 calories per day
MFP has my goal set at 1200 calories per day and I have been on that for the past week and have actually gained 1 lb..what am I doing wrong? I am trying to cut my carbs down also to see if that helps. My diary is open if anyone wants to check it out.

Running with a blister
I have a blister on my foot from last Thursday and I popped it last night but it is still painful to run on. Anyone have any tips on what to use to make it less painful? I am currently training for a half marathon so today is a run day... Thanks

Ankle pain after running?
Lately when I run outside my left ankle/shin area hurts for the next day or so. Is there anything I can do other than wearing an ankle brace to help? I need to start working harder on upping my running pace..this 4.5 mph jog isn't going to cut it for my half marathon on September 1st. Finish time vs clock time?
Does anyone know what the difference in a 5k "finish time" vs "clock time"? It wasn't a chipped run so I am not sure what my time was since they list both on the results..

Eating back exercise calories?
I am on 1200 calories per day and currently burning between 600-900 calories per day (Monday-Thursday) and at least 400 calories on the other days. Would you eat back some of the burned calories or no? Today my net calories is on 490 after exercise.
