I've been feeling really bloated lately and my local vitamin store suggested that I try this colon cleanse. Has anyone else done one before and did it help?

They told me to take 1 pill a day for 3-4 days but I'm not sure..

You don't need a cleanse to remove bloat. Switch to whole foods, watch sodium intake, drink lots of water and get active. Your body will cleanse itself.

I haven't bought it yet since I didn't think I really needed it. I just wanted to see what everyone else's opinion was.

I think they were just trying to upsell me since I was buying my protein powder at the same time.

Unless you have a medical reason for requiring a colon cleanse then such behaviour is dangerous and unnecessary. Save money and drink lots of water instead.
