You are doing great :) I am trying to get faster but I currently run between a 13-13:30 mile.

My doctor also told me that the sleeve cannot expand but naturally, the food choices that you make can reflect if you loose or gain weight. It is important to always monitor what we are eating and try and stick to protein & healthy foods for the most part.

5:30 AM workout - a shot of liquicarn if its a quick 30 minute workout, if longer, a piece of whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter

It depends on the frequency of the aid stations. I usually bring my camel back with me and drink from it in between stations when needed or if I am going for a PR and don't want to stop

It's just your body adjusting. I am 3 years out from surgery and when I haven't eaten for a few hours, my tummy gets rumbly too but it isn't from being hungry.

I weigh myself Friday mornings after I take a shower/get ready for the day

I am on my first week of Gamma and I will be doing Pure Gamma this cycle since I am also running & doing other cardio in the evenings 5-6 days a week

I was eating 1200 calories a day and burning between 600-800 calories/day according to my Fitbit Charge HR (I turn the activity mode on when working out). I usually eat back around 300-500 of those burned though if needed.

My "me" time is in the mornings before work when I do T25 and then for an hour after work at the gym.

I love it! I am currently almost done with week 10 (Beta) and will be starting Gamma next week. The scale hasn't moved as much as I would like but I am toning up and feeling better about myself for sure! I do it every morning before work.

You could do like 1.5 hours on the elliptical. According to my HRM, I burn around 600 calories in 1 hour so 1/2 an hour more would get you to 1000

Backstory: I had weight loss surgery 3 years ago and I have been eating around 1200 calories since then so yeah, even at 260 when I started out, I was eating 1200-1400 max

I am going to try and eat back more of my exercise calories so that I am eating around 1600-1800 total calories for the day and see if that helps
