I am going to try and eat back more of my exercise calories so that I am eating around 1600-1800 total calories for the day and see if that helps

I don't usually eat back my exercise calories but I guess if I did, I would be eating close to 2000 calories a day. I guess just the high number scares me. I am super scared to gain back weight.

I have eaten around 1200-1500 calories a day for 3 years other than cheat days sometimes.

I have calculated my BMR and it is 1728 and it is saying I should be eating around 2000 calories a day to lose but that seems insanely high! I am doing T25 in the mornings and cardio in the evenings (Ellipitcal, bike, treadmill). I am using a HRM to track my calories burned. I have my activity level set to sedentary since…

I am 5'6 and 27 years old. I have been dieting for 3 years and have lost 102 lbs so far. I do use a food scale when I am at home.

I am getting my calorie burns from my Fitbit Charge HR and it is a 1200-1400 NET for me.

Congrats and good luck! I was sleeved in April 2011 and never have regretted it!

I like run/walking and the elliptical

It is going to be a "cheat" meal day for me so I am being good all week and working extra hard to earn it. Honey baked ham & turkey breast, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, rolls, veggie tray, pineapple upside down cake from scratch and a sugar free banana cream pie poke cake.

I have currently lost 103 lbs since 2011. I am currently doing T25 w/ 1 hr of cardio also to lose my last 35 lbs :) I started at 263 and I am currently 159 lbs

I am 3 years post-surgery and I currently eat around 900-1200 NET calories. My nutritionist wants me at 1200 calories but somedays, I just can't do it since I work out 5 days a week and burn around 600-800 each day.

I have 6:00 am workouts Tuesday-Saturday. I always make sure that my workout clothes are laid out so I just have to jump out of bed, get dressed and go workout. I am doing T25 at home so it helps that I don't have to go far to get a good workout in! I've been noticing that now that it's part of my routine, it isn't as hard…
