  • I weigh everyday, to keep constant track of my weight fluctuation. But I record or "weigh in" on Fridays. It's best and most accurate to weigh when you get up in the morning and use the restroom. Weighing through out the day is also a bad idea, as water intake, food intake and exercise all mess with how much you weigh.…

  • Yeah losing weight is 80% diet 20% exercise.... If you're not eating "clean" getting plenty of fruits and veggies, it doesn't matter that you're hitting the gym so much.   • I'm currently doing the 30DS, and I was doing Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd. Honestly I feel like I get more out of 30DS in 20 min then I do with BL for 30. But it is nice to switch it back and forth, gives it some variety, and the two dvds don't really overlap much in what exercises you are doing. It just feels like 30DS…

  • I was told that you have to manually go in and re-do your goals everytime you weigh in and lose weight, it doesn't automatically change your calorie intake, maybe you hadn't updated since your last weigh-in and its an adjustment from that. :happy: Hope that helps!
