Just last night when I was working with the trainer I did the "pee a little" thing....Luckily it wasn't noticeable but I had to take a break before finishing the 200th set of abs!!! Or it would have been a major puddle!!!

I had a trainer tell me that I should work upper one day and lower the next day and cardio and abs everyday was ok....what do you think about that??? The 18 Miles that I did on Sunday 1-22-12 aren't shown on the spreadsheet. My Tickerfactory didn't update for some reason. My total miles as of 1-22 should be 142.5 For Jan 23rd (Monday) I completed 14.5 miles so the current miles completed should be 157 Miles :drinker:
