I did drink with plenty of water, but I still had issues. I must have a low tolerance for diet supplements. I get motion sickness easily too and the symptoms felt similar to that. How successful has GC been for you? Have you noticed a significant weight loss? How long have you been taking GC?

Regift it. Give it to someone else who enjoys eating there. Or, if nothing else, look online at their menu. There might be something you can consume be it a bottled water. That's a great idea...buy bottled water from there until you've used up all of the amount on the card.
