Today, I'm proud because I exercised 6 days last week and stayed on task in my road to a healthy weight. I put on a skirt yesterday that I haven't worn in a long time, and IT FIT! AND I took measurements yesterday for the first time since I started this journey in December and have lost more inches than I thought.

I worked out until I felt too bad to. Let your body rest and build up. Took off last week because I had cold. I just kept up my food logging. I started working out again after I started 2 feel better and was sure it wasnt a chest cold.

I log most days, but there are days that I don't close out, because I don't feel like it. I also keep track ,all day, of what I eat on a piece of paper...I just don't feel like entering all that at the end of the day!

The default (carbs, proteins, fats, and calories) and sodium. I don't buy low fat.....I buy lower calories, more fiber and whole wheat and grain.
