  • Rinse it in the pot you are cooking it in, pour off the "floating bits". Cook until it is fluffy like rice. I put it in Greek salad and serve it over abed of lettuce.....so good! You can also cook it in stock but that increases your daily sodium intake.
  • I love 30 day shred. I do it 30 days at each level. Level one is manageable for beginners, level two is all abs... Or so it feels. Best thing you are done in 30 min. Have fun and keep it up!
