If not, do it now! :D

I don't have an HRM at the moment so I can only use MFP's estimate ("Circuit training, general" set at 20 minutes) which gives me 226.

I do it with 5lb weights too, it's rugged! My least favorite part though is the bicycle crunches (can't remember exactly what she calls'em) but those side lunges with arm raises are beast too! I'm only on day 2 (day 3 tomorrow). I plan on doing it every day if I can. :D It'll be rough, but with encouragement and support, I…

Massively Multiplayer Online [game]. If you want to get really technical, WoW (and similar games) are MMO RPGs (Role Playing Game) but people leave off the RPG part cuz it's faster to type. :P

I did day 2 today and it was awesome! :D Feel free to add me if you'd like, I know there are a bunch of us who just started it recently.

Unless you're eating the same thing for breakfast every time you weigh in, the weight of your meal could actually be impacting the number on the scale. Personally, I weigh in 3 times a week and then log the average between them, I do the same for % Body Fat and BMI changes. I haven't done measurements yet, but I probably…

That's awesome! Congrats on your progress thus far!!

Uhm... broken link.

Sadly, there is no MMJ program (yet) in my State, but we are working on it. :D

Welcome back and good luck this time! :D

Whether it's a glitch or not, I know I wasn't on your friends list before, but feel free to add me now. :D

Congratulations and you're an inspiration! And anything with banana pudding sounds really good right about now... lol

I keep remembering why I'm doing this whenever I think about quitting, or even not giving it my all during the planned exercises. Although a nap really does sound good right about now...

First thought when I saw your post: And onto the matter at hand: Good point about the squats! I have the "Multi Rep" app (by the same guys that do the 100 Push Up, 200 Squat, etc. Challenges) for Android; cost me $1.12 (after currency exchange - and it can track all of their programs plus a few custom ones). I remember the…

One thing I found helpful for me I discovered during my Army Basic Training was doing the cadences. :D So now when I run, I try to sing with whatever is playing if it has lyrics; if it doesn't then I'm not doing breathing exercises for that section. And note, I said try... Even when I'm not running I can't sing very well,…

Congratulations on your success thus far! Keep up the good work!!

Welcome to MFP! This site is a treasure trove of information - so much so that it can be a little intimidating at first! I've only been on MFP for a short time yet, but I check it out (and log my stuff) every day and it's already helped me out immensely. I knew I wasn't eating very healthy before, but with the food diary…

I have to agree with the other posters that've said P90X is definitely NOT for overweight people, from what I saw when I had my friend's copy it's for people that are already pretty fit and want to get into even better shape. For me, I started with just walking. I began with a "back yard mile", which was about 20-minutes…

I do my 30DS in the morning, this way I haven't been dragged around all day and left with no energy to do it and give it my all. Depends on how you log 30DS, I put it in as "Circuit training, general" for 20 minutes and I just use MFP's calorie calculation since I don't have an HRM. I'm doing a couple of other workouts…

Especially if you're doing any strength training! Protein is vital to rebuilding muscle after vigorous exercise.

I weigh myself 3 times a week and track it on a spreadsheet, then weekly (on Friday) I check-in with MFP and log the average between the 3 days. I just started doing it this way but it seems to be working out pretty well so far.

That's awesome, snowy_sk! Keep up the good work!

Way to go! Being an inspiration to others is probably the second best reward for getting fit I can think of - the first being the obvious benefit of feeling better about yourself!

Saving this for repeated viewing. :D
-
Great progress! Keep at it and looking forward to seeing that 10% pic! :D

Wish I could boast about my cabinets and fridge contents. :P Way to go!

Like others on here, I am truly inspired by your before and afters! I started 30DS today and I'm enjoying it so far. Great job!!
-
Keep up the great work! :D

I started it today and I'm already in love with it. :D I'm using the podcasts from http://www.djsteveboy.com/1day25k.html along with CardioTrainer/Noom to track my route and stats during the run/walk.

That's pretty close to the start of C25K and similar running programs, lol.
