I've done a cheat day once a week since I've started losing weight. Just enjoy yourself and get back on track after.

I have the Jello ones and they're only 60 calories... use it as a dip for a serving of mini pretzel twists and it's an amazing indulgence that rivals regular chocolate covered pretzels! Only 160 calories (give or take)

Special K mixed berries (1 c.) = 110 calories Silk almond milk (1/2 c) = 30 calories Yummy in my tummy Fyi, kellogs makes like 4 varieties of cereal that are 110 calories per serving.. the chocolate is especially tasty, especially if you're a chocoholic like me.

Agreed...Regular peanut butter is much better but I'm far too stubborn to allow it near my diary. The powder is a nice substitute, for me at least.

Yep, I do. Once a week. I started out with cheat "days" during the early stages of my weight loss, but now I limit myself to a cheat dinner instead. I only allow it as long as I've lost at least one pound over the previous week. The catch is, you must have the willpower to limit it because a cheat dinner can easily…

It can definitely be done. I have lost 103 lbs. And I started out by walking a minimum of 30 minutes each day (more as of late). The pace has definitely increased over the past year, though. The only thing is recently the cold weather has been annoying.
