It's been a couple times...dropped ~25# @ 16 doing Jenny Craig with my mom. Waffled around 220 (I'm 6') for the next 3 years. Then at 20, my parents got divorced. I skyrocketed up to 265 :noway: . I joined MFP then and lost about 40#. Just after I turned 22 (hovering around 225#), I had a bad accident and broke my back.…

Props to everyone on the Firefly tangent. Right there with you. Also... Deadwood (SO unsatisfied with that ending) Torchwood Rome Carnivale (what...I mean just what the heck? A whole lot of lead up to not a whole lot of anything.) Dollhouse (another Joss Whedon gem that was sacked early) Shows that need to die: (I know…

SW: (before MFP) 265 CW: 216 GW: 175-180 and fit. I want to keep my muscle mass and curves, just pull those curves in a bit tighter. I came to this # number after talking…

I went through this too little/too much imbalance after I'd been on MFP for a few months and read a couple posts about starvation mode, exercise cals, etc. I logged my exercise and ate back the majority of the calories of my "estimated burn." I plateaued for many months. It did NOT work for me. It took me almost four…

Elephant Bar. We were eating mud pie for dessert and my mom pulled a QUARTER SIZED SCAB out of HER MOUTH after a bite of whipped cream. We both started gagging. ETA: emphasis on the scab *shudder*

Like a fool, I stepped into the diet soda arena. Still don't have much clarity on the subject, now I just know that soda in general for me is a no go.

That's over 3 pounds a week. Is it feasible? Yes. Is it healthy, safe or sustainable? Definitely not. Regardless of deadlines you set, it's accomplishing the main goal of weight loss that matters. Motivation will get you started. Habit and discipline will keep you going. Consistency will equal results. If you start today,…

Hi! I'm 5'11" and at my heaviest, was pushing 260. At that weight I was a size 16/18. I'm down to 230 as of yesterday morning and I wear an 11/12 now. My goal weight is 180 and I'm thinking that will put me around a size 6. I'm very curvy and have a heavy frame- my wrists are ~7 inches in circumference. The below photo is…
