Just shy of 1 year- PROGRESS PICS!

Hey group! I've been hitting it hard and really watching my cals, especially the last 3/4 months and feel like I'm finally getting traction. I wanted to post my current progress just because it always helps me to look at other's progress and I thought I might be able to share some inspiration.

I had started jogging and doing yoga intermittently at the beginning of 2013 at which point I was probably hovering around 260 lbs. By May I weighed in at 249. I decided it was time to get serious. I started counting calories, bought some JM DVD's and became BFF with my hand weights.

I'm 5'11" and weigh in at 227 right now. Progress is slow for me but it's progress none the less. I eat anywhere from 1600 cal/day to 2200 cal/day, circuit train 120 minutes a week and ride my horse 2/3x a week. Anyway, what you're all here for- pictures!!
