losing weight is more about what you eat than how much you burn....obivously if you are burning 1000 calories a day (wow!) I looked at a couple pages from your food diary... i challenge you to do one week without eating so much processed food. Stick to protein, vegetables, fruit (not too much), complex carbs, almond milk…

Of course you are hungrier by lunch because you started your metabolism by eating breakfast!... When you don't eat breakfast at all you don't start your metabolism and that's why you don't feel as hungry. If you have a weight loss goal this is a bad habit. I would have a light snack between your breakfast and lunch…

Trick is to stick to the outside walls where all the vegetables, meat, dairy products are and to avoid as much processed foods as possible that is in the middle of the store...:) hope this helps a little

I did it I hace no pics but my saddle bags where gone and i definitely feel like but got better ... only did it for a month but i wish i would have done two months. It also helps you realize you can't leave your butt out and once you know how to work it out with the dvd's you will keep it up in your normal routine…

You can totally eat cereal on the run... in fact your can eat almost anything on the run. It's called a SOLO cup and plastic utensil. I do high fiber cereal with almond milk and fruit FF plain greek yogurt with lots a variety mix ins oatmeal with also variety mix ins eggs scrambled fits in there too!

I use greek yogurt for everything! I love it ! Taste awesome.. way better for you than regular yogurt... good alternative in cooking/baking or in other meals( i use it as sour cream now and its amazing) get the plain ! can't stress enough plain non fat and rev up the taste with fresh fruit and other things

I go at 5:15 AM because I won't be up for it in the evening.... How about you find a gym with a daycare, my gym has it for free! Now I don't have kids but this way you don't have to wait for your husband to get home and when he does you'll be full of energy since you just worked out! :)

This use to happen to me. Just run through it ! It'll happen less and less and then it won't happen anymore :) ...Focus on something else and if you keep thinking about it you won't be able to run through it !

I take whole wheat pancake mix and put cake batter protein powder in them. Fresh fruit on top ... if I'm in the mood I'll drizzle honey :)
