I can't stand the after taste of artificial sweeteners whether it's in food or drink. Luckily I was never a soft drink/soda drinker and for anything else I either get the real sugar version or sweeten it myself with stevia.

Cow tongue or sheep tongue were regulars in our household. I've had rabbit stew (admittedly didn't know it was rabbit til afterwards) and it was good. Love Black pudding. Don't think I could stomach the OP's foods but lately the smell of fried food makes me feel ill, so to each their own :smile:

I can manage 36 in 3 sets of 12, but struggling at the end of the last set. 3 weeks ago I would be lucky to do 12 in total so i'm feelin pretty good :smile:

I could never face solid food for breakfast, so I had a protein shake in the mornings instead. I have now moved up to a Natures Valley Bar on weekdays and Eggs on Toast (admittedly about 1 1/2 hours after I wake up) on weekends. One day I might eat a "real" breakfast but hey, it's working for me so far

I just took a look at your progress photo in your profile and OMG - you have nothing to be feeling bad about!!! You have done great!!! Don't get hung up on the scale. I can see a massive difference. You are being far too hard on yourself, try to take a look at those photos and pretend they are someone else. Stand tall and feel very, very proud of what you have achieved.

I make basically the same meal, but where I have salad and meat only, for the family I will add pasta, potato salad etc.

I absolutely cannot stomach cooked spinach but I eat raw spinach as a salad pretty much every night for dinner. ^^^^ This Having been very overweight from a very young age and with a family history of very poor skin elasticity (my son who has never been overweight has stretch marks) I am NEVER going to have a lovely flat stomach. I will keep trying and I can dream but I am under no illusions that it is going to happen.

You can still have beer and there are some really good lower cal beers around. Living in NZ I drink Steinlager edge and at 80 calories a bottle a few beers is certainly not doing me any harm.

I walk at 5 mph which is 8 kmh, yes it is faster than some people run - in fact I have passed joggers by walking at this pace. I can't run to save myself but can walk at this pace for 1-1hrs and get a good calorie burn.

Also have no experience with bulimia but can only recommend that if it is coming back up then maybe your stomach just isn't ready for it and you may be doing more harm and making a relapse more likely by forcing yourself to eat and then vomiting. Maybe try sticking to fluids and get some electrolyte/glucose type drinks.…

I get this toward thee end of a hard gym workout. Have had blood tests, scans etc. and no cause has been found, I now call it my imaginary pain and often wish like heck that I didn't have such a good imagination.. 10kg is not a huge amount to lose but it is going to take time and effort.
