Hello honey, Feel free to add me - I also live in the UK and I have about 80 lbs to lose, so I will certainly be around for a a long while to help you out! I am also wanting to increase my fitness because I would love to be a vounteer firefighter, so in some senses we have a simliar goal! :-) x

Oooh good luck! I was going to start it last week but only had time to do workout 1, and otherwise been running or working with Kettlebells. If you binged on junk food (which lets face it that is what must of us binge on) then you'll have taken in extra sodium and will be retaining some water.
