Hey, Folks! I am starting Jillian Michaels "Body Revolution" today.
I began with a kick, as usual, and did both the Phase 1 Workout 1 AND Cardio 1. That's awesome for right now because I am super motivated. But I really want to make sure I stick with it and shrink my butt for the next 90 days instead of just sitting on it eating wine ice cream and wondering why I don't look good in shorts.
Anyone out there in the same boat?
Write us all a little note and we can ROCK IT for the next 90 days, and then ROCK that summer body, too!

Hi there! You will *love* this program! I'm on Week 8. You will see crazy progress as long as you watch your eating. There are two active, great, supportive Body Revolution groups here:

Oooh good luck! I was going to start it last week but only had time to do workout 1, and otherwise been running or working with Kettlebells. Will try start from next Monday though as should be a little quiter social calendar/workwise!

Hey I started yesterday too...I did Cardio 1 and work out 2 this morning (normally I am at work now, but had to stay home today, so I did them together). Good luck today and for the next 88 days0

I did the same as you except I did the cardio around 3 and the workout near 10pm. I think my schedule is totally screwed up! Oh, well. J is still kicking my butt!
Everybody else: We are going to ROCK THIS!! I am hoping to be a size smaller by the end. What do you all think? Possible?0
