This is very true- restricting yourself from things you enjoy will only set you up to fail in the long run. If you are hitting your target MACROS, eat the things you enjoy.. and just stay active :)

I love Turbo Jam. I bought Turbo Fire, and yes, it's pretty intense. I'm not quite at that level of fitness yet, so TJ is my go-to workout. you will love it too!!! Keep us posted on your progress with it :)

I would love to be in this group. I def fit the required # to lose.. at a minimum.. I work in the hospital emergency room as an EMT, so high stress job with very little scheduling for meals and proper snacks.. plus I am a full time student working toward my bachelors in Social Work, so that adds extra stress and less time…

Agreed. only count the activities that you do that are not part of your daily routine, and you do for calorie burn.

I've been a member for a couple of weeks now, but I'm off to a SLOW start.. just retraining my brain how to tea healthy and motivate myself to workout is a lot.. I too have much weight to lose, so it would be nice if we can encourage each other.. :)
