I use a different brand but I add 2 oz of 0% greek yogurt, 35g rasberries, 35g blackberries, and half a scoop of GNC super fiber to my chocolate whey and it is delicious. I use a personal size hamilton beach blender - it's much more convenient that dragging out the big one.

Try The Trainer's Edge Integrated Strength Training with Jeffrey Scott. You can find it on Netflix Streaming video. Only equipment you need are two sets of dumbbells(one light and one heavy). I use 3lb and 5 lb right now and I can tell I have worked out.

I only consistently workout on Fri, Sat, Sun. Saturday and Sunday are strange days for me as I can normally only sqeeze two real meals in.
