  • I'm interested in trying this. What brand of pure pumpkin / pumpkin spice did you use? I'll probably skip the water and just use a full serving of unsweetened almond milk. :) Any reason for using chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla?

  • I've been trying to get my upper body strength up. I've started with 'modified' or 'girl' pushups. Working my way up to 'regular' or 'guy' pushups. I could probably do the regular pushups now, but my ankles and wrists don't seem to be strong enough. :(

  • Back in college, we'd turn out the lights, cover the windows, and play SH/SH2 with the music up. Spookiest games I've ever played.
