thanks to everyone i went for my walk it didn't help my cramps but i do feel better about excercising though.

just wondering if anyone had any tips for still getting adaquate excercise while having your period. mine is alway's heavy and i have the worst cramps ever. just wondering what others do while on there's or if you just wait it out or not?

don't worry about it just get back on track i have slip ups sometimes too. Actually a lot before this diet. but you can do it. don't feel so bad. the last time i went to the fair. i carried a small arm cooler with me and loaded it with water and healthy snacks. just and idea for ya. good luck.

i usually give up until i see myself getting big again but this is different from anything else on the web. i really enjoy it and i've been doing it since this past monday. i lost two pounds last week so good luck.

it depends on how much weight you've already lost for it to change. but if you lose a significant amount then yes it is normal for it to change because your body has different needs at different weights. hope this helped.

well i get a drink of water about every 15 minutes. i only average about 3 bottles or 6 cups of water a day and if i drink more than that i feel really bloated. so maybe i am sensitive to the sun.

is it just me or does anyone else get headaches and sort of lighheaded after excercising in the heat? I was only out there 35 minutes and it wasn't really really hot but i still got a headache.

i weigh in once a week on friday morning before i eat or drink anything and after i pee. sometimes i cheat though and weigh in mid week but i don't put it down on here until friday. i think if your only weighing once a month it would make you less likely to do as much as you can. it would me anyway.

yeah sex was one of the first things i thought of looking up in the database. it wasn't there and i don't have a heart moniter. so which place where you using to figure your calories. i mean how will we know which is the most accurate?

I have a lot of depression, anxiety and panic attacks and i was just wondering if anyone else was on this level with me trying to lose weight , excercise and deal with everyday life in the process. it would be very helpful if there was someone out there like me that i could help with support and they could help me.
