My husband has this problem. What works for him is low protein and low fat diet. He ends up eating alot of watermelon and salads to combat it.

If you are still sore, try eating a banana to get some of the potassum (sp?!) that your muscles need. Also, don't forget a good massage will help too!

I won't log the lazy river, but the wave pool?! Staying in there and swimming against the tide and swimming back out could count. My thought is if you are in the wave pool for an hour count half an hour of easy swimming maybe? :glasses: Enjoy your day!!!!!!!
