Yes, I found the deal for TF on Groupon which made me start thinking about which one to do!! I am also running 3 days a week (C25K program) but I feel like I need more! I've heard other people say they were bored with 30DS and if I get bored, I will not do it! So something to think about. Thank you for all the advice!!…

Great motivation!!!!! I'm def at a 9.5 today!!! I didn't get to run this morning but I WILL run after work!! Brought my clothes so I can run on the beautiful waterway outside my office before heading home!!

Today is my running day then again Saturday morning!! So tomorrow will not be my biggest burn but I will ACCEPT this challenge and make it a goal to take my son on a LONG bike ride after work! =D

This: Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort or this: Circuit training, general I know others that use heart rate monitiors for more accurate numbers but I don't have one. I think these are pretty close though!

I've never tried this but have read some good reviews and have seen some other people recommend it here - Plant Fusion. Not sure if it is any cheaper than Shakeology though!

I am the same way most weeks (not the last 2 weeks). I work full time, go to school full time, plus have a 17 month old son, husband and dogs so in order for everything to function, it is easier for me to plan this way!! Works for our family :)
