Hi!! Have you ever skipped a day in the early weeks because you knew you were ready for the next week? I have 1 day left for Week 2 but I can already run 4 minutes without stopping and still recover pretty quickly so I do not think I would have a problem with Week 3. Can I move on or should I do that last day of Week 2?…

Night Classes: What gets you through the class?
I want to snack on chips!!!!!!! AHHHH!! Can't do it!! What do you like to snack on during class? 5 PM is too early for me to eat dinner so I plan on taking smoothies to sip on but I know I will want something crunchy.

Next week I will be attending 5:45 AM boot camp sessions (I normally attend the 5 PM sessions). These are 30 minute sessions. I've been reading through different articles on what is best but it seems like everyone has a different opinion! So what works for you?

PB&J Craving?

Earphones!
Any one find a good brand of earphones?? I have a Nike pair and the pair that came with my iPhone and they suck!! They constantly fall out and they hurt. My husband says I'm crazy but they do hurt!!
