I think so!! I was at Week 7 Day 2 and I ran my first 5K on Saturday! I really wanted to get a 5K in before the end of the year and before my 25th birthday so with the holidays and family coming in, this was my last chance to run in a official 5K. I did have to walk about 4 minutes total but finished in 36:55! I went out a ran under a 10 min mile for my first mile then it caught up with me around 20 minutes in lol but I am very happy with what I accomplished!! Looking forward to my next race!! :bigsmile:
