Skip a day?

Hi!!

Have you ever skipped a day in the early weeks because you knew you were ready for the next week? I have 1 day left for Week 2 but I can already run 4 minutes without stopping and still recover pretty quickly so I do not think I would have a problem with Week 3. Can I move on or should I do that last day of Week 2? (Week 3 on my app is 2 sets of 3 min run, 2 min walk, 90 sec run, 2 min walk)

    In C25k, you are building strength AND endurance. The program is more than just cardio conditioning. Skipping days can increase your risk for injury. Don't skip the day. Enjoy it!
