My husband has a Vitamin D deficency and was actually doing some research yesterday. Any more than 300 mg/per day can greatly effect your body.

I did not lose what I had planned to lose but I honestly feel great after these 50 days!! My eating habits have improved and I ran my first 5K! I allowed myself to take breaks or else I would go insane. :smile: Ready for the next 50!!!!

Last week already???! Well last week was extremely busy and stressful! So this week, my eating is back to normal and I plan on running 4 days instead of my normal 3 plus I am looking in to some at home Crossfit options!!!
