I usually try and pick a healthy place or something with healthy options. I was dating someone for a while and our first date, sushi. I chose brown rice and healthier options. Tons of water. I bring a huge water bottle to work every day and refill like, 5 times. I don't eat a lot of carbs but I upped my protein a lot.
