  • i mean 32-34 ounce starting off...cause your gunna pee alot and then slowly move up to 64, cause you dont wanna pee yourself during your workout. even just drinking 34 will make you pee alot when starting off
  • the strength training in wii fit plus got me really sore plus the running and dancing i did. Might think of getting INSANITY but i dunno if my body is ready for that kind of workout yet
