I do both. I eat clean unprocessed foods so that pretty much eliminates all bad carbs. I dont eat wheat or gluten. I get my carbs from fruit and starchy vegetables. My diary is open too. I've only been eating 90%+ for about a week but ive never felt better. I used to be a carb-o-holic but now im not eating wheat or gluten and only eat carbs after a workout or if im craving them. Hope this helps:)

All of you ladies look amazing! Your a hugh inspiration to me! I have a question though...how do you ladies get your stomach so flat? Im trying to get ride of my belly and i thought it would be impossible until is saw these before and afters, now i believe. Do you have any advice? Thanks

Ive noticed for myself that certain vegetables will upset my stomach like broccoli, cauliflower and radishes. Also, certain kinds of dairy and wheat will sometimes bother my stomach. Ive also noticed sometime food wont be bad but its getting close and that will bother my stomach as well. Good luck:)

I just started running last week. Im doing a 3week program to a 30 minute running habit. It starts off with 1minute of running and a minute of walking you do this ten times, thats just to start. Im really out of shape cause its harder than i thought it would be but im sticking with it. good luck!

Im having muscle fatigue and it not just after the walk its all the time. My mind wants to go hard but my body feels like someones pulling me in the oppisite direction im walking in. Im kinda hoping its my age (im 34) and the fact that im out of shape.

Sounds like it is normal thanks. I drink between 8 and 12 glasses of water a day and i get 20grams of protein over my requamended amount.

Have you ever tryed HIIT? it stands for high intensity interval training. You work out really hard for 10 or 15 mins and your done. I like Zuzana Light she posts a weekly work out on you tube.

I cant afford to buy new clothes very often so when my clothes get to big i take them in myself. I just turn my shirls inside out mesure an inch in on both sides, pin it and sew it then cut off the excess. Its pretty simple, saves money and you get to keep your favorite clothes.
