Daily calories?
I lost three lbs and MFP raised my daily calorie intake by 600 calories, that cant be right? Also if i click complete this entry on my food dairy and come back in a few days and do it again it will say a different number. I don't understand what is going on? Is anyone else having this problem?

Should I quit drinking?
Im not an alcoholic but i do drink pretty regularly and ive been thinking about quitting drinking until i reach my goal weight. I feel like alcohol is hindering my weight loss. i was just wondering if anyone else felt this way? Has anyone quit drinking to loss weight? What were your results?

week 1 weigh-in
4/21 - 185 at the end of the 10 weeks id like to lose 15lbs but would be happy with 10. My birthday is may 25th originally i wanted to be 175 by my birthday but at this point id settle for just being out of the 180s, I havent seen the 170s in about 5 years.

walking shoes help
I can only walk for about 45 minutes before the arches of my feet start to hurt. Funny thing is if i wear Converse instead of Nikes my feet hurt less but i don't want to thrash my everyday shoes.
