I eat 3 pieces of bacon and 2 eggs with a little pysillum sprinkled on top, coffee with coconut milk almost every morning. People give me a hard time about eating all that bacon but I've lost 22 pounds in the last 2 months so it must not be all that bad :smile:

The 600 was a typo. It went up 60 calories. Which still doesn't make sense. I manually canned it to 1800 myself. I don't have an iPhone. The wrong calories were on my phone as well as my lap top.

This is my problem too. If i would just have one or two it would probably be no big deal but i like to get wild and will drink 5+ drinks when i go out. I don't necessarily think drinking in moderation is good or bad but i do think it is fun and i enjoy it. I also have a problem with consistence. But my best advice is to just keep trying no matter what. If you fall of the wagon for a year its ok just keep trying. Learn what works for you and get as much information on the health and fitness topics that interest you. Eventually your healthy habits will become second nature and…

I also try not to eat any processed carb or sugar. I don't always do it but when i do i feel great and i lose weight easily. You can do it just eat what you normally eat but without bread. For example if you would normally have a sandwich for lunch just add more of what goes on the sandwich, if that makes sense. Also…

I love this thread! Im 5"3' and ive very slowly been losing weigh for the last 4 years. SW 212 CW 186 so its taken me 4 years lose 26 lbs. But i keep learning more about healthy eating and exercise and try to make that a part of my everyday life. I want to make life style changes not be on a "diet".

WOW those are amazing results! I cant believe you only lost 4lbs. It looks like you lost 20 or more. Just another example that the scale isn't always the best measure of success.

Ok so Monday will be our official weigh in day but if you normally weigh in on any other day that's ok too just put it under week one. This Monday will be our first official weigh in day so try not to eat to much chocolate on Easter lol. I hope everyone has a nice Easter.
