I found Barefoot wine-sauvignon blanc is only 400 cals for the entire bottle and its 13.5% alcohal. This works for me hope it helps.

I do that too, but i enjoy drinking beer. Since good beer is high in calories i try to keep the beer drinkin to the weekends.

i steam veges in a wok and when there soft i stir fry them in a little bit of low cal sause. or i at things to salads like fruit, seeds, cottage cheese, or beans. oh also i make fruit smothies all this stuff is really good and filling. hope this is helpful:)
