Like everyone else has said, you're not alone. I have bipolar disorder and GAD, as well as severe physical illness. The physical pain makes exercise incredibly difficult. Sometimes i feel totally stuck and helpless.

Maybe I got too eager lol. I just finally feel ready and excited to change my life! I do tend to have an all or nothing attitude. I ended up taking a break from T25 and rested 10 min then got back up and was able to do the rest, but I just didn't go as fast or as hard. My limbs feel like jellooo

I have scoliosis and that 'cat-dog' or 'cat-camel' stretch is my favorite. Very soothing.

That's wrong and also extremely unhelpful. Feeling sad doesn't equal wallowing. Sometimes we just feel how we feel and try to work through it. I have bipolar disorder and PTSD. Since I'm treatment resistant it's very hard to find things that work. Since I was 15 I've been almost two dozen medications. I've been in therapy for years. It's been so long and I've tried so much that now ECT is on the table. I'm on three different meds for anxiety alone and they help with like 25% of the symptoms :/…
