You should change up the workouts! it's more effective as far as fat loss and weight in general! And if you gain a little weight it's probably muscle and Don't ever weight yourself after a workout; you'd think you would be lighter but no, because you are working your muscles they get swollen because you're wokring them…

That's crazy! You are starving your body! Just hope that your friends hair doesn't start falling out! It's not healthy! I was thinking of buying the HCG drops just to try; but not 500 calories a day! too little! your muscles, skin, organs are deprived!

I would say just try cooking! Those package meals have tons of sodium! not very good for you! they're not filling and get you loaded with sodium which makes you retain water.

Stir fry for dinner it's not really healthy if you load it up with soy sauce which contains a lot of sodium! Cut back on that! most steamed veggies! watch your portions! and load up on water!

That means that she's working hard! You should also look at your face when you are trying to push your body to its full pontential! Nobody looks pretty; that's what's good about it--you're suppose to break a sweat!

If you are doing this at the same pace as they are it should be the same! And it is a total body work out regarless! you will not be uneven! Also depends how fast or slow you are going!

YOu can eat a handful! Nuts fill you up fast so! a handful should be good as a snack! Also eat beans to replenish on protein!

Hi From Scotland! do lots and lots of cardio exercise! Stomach fat is usually not a lack of muscle! you can do some weight training; ab workouts but what everntually will trim you down especially in that area is cardio! and a healthy diet too!

I think you should go and hang out with your friend! You have lost weight by eating healthier so you're probably more prone now to go out and eat healthier things; and treat yourself with dessert! It's better to give in a little than to not give at all. You don't want to binge! GOod luck!

Muscle does weight more than fat! Obviously if you are overweight is because you are storing more fat. Someone that is lifting weights, their body start to get trimmer and more defined and might keep the same weight; but you're loosing inches and fat at the same time.

Really! I've done level 1 and 2 and I've sweat a lot! Some people just don't sweat as much! I have a friend who is like that! Don't worry keep doing it? I have a question though! Do you think it works even if i only do it 5 days a week?
