Use Mederma! I haven't tried it! but most reviews that I have read on this product is the only cream that helps you fade away stretch marks! It's kind of pricey but it wouldn't hurt to try! Again really good reviews! I'm too gonna give it a try one of these days. Go to amazon.com and get it; it might be a tiny bit cheaper…

Try roasted Brussel Sprouts and or grilled esparagus! they are delicious and good for you! Just add a litte salt and pepper and a little garlic!

I suggest you get two of the Jillian Michael's DVD workouts! Its strength with cardio combo and it's only 25 to 30 minutes! There's 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. Get both so you can switch up and don't get bore with the same exercise. But believe me it's really good!

What about no soda? just drink seltzer water w lime if what you want is the bubbles! Unless you're having a rum and coke! no soda! it doesn't give you anything! really! no nutrients, no nada!

Well it's not fat weight that you gain! it's moslty water weight! so you loose it! If you are loosing weight you are going to loose weight regardless of your period but during you will not loose as much or retain some weight due to water!

I have the same problem! I'm not at my ideal weight! however I have big thigh muscles and on top there is fat! I don't really know what to do? Hopefully if I loose at least 20 lbs. I will see my thighs get smaller! But i'm not sure if I'll trim the fat! Help?

The good news is that you are at a very healthy weight for your height! Remember that it also depends on your body shape! True! It doesn't have to be an eating disorder but I think more importantly a distorded body image; thinking that she has to looks so so lean! There are other people who are lean such as Eva Longoria, Natalie Portman, Milla Kunis!

I agree with you! It's ok to take fitness seriously! But there's no one fitter than Jillian Michaels and she looks great & healthy! I think fit and healthy I think of her; not skin and bones! But obviously it's the whole hollywood world they live in! So sad!

If I'm really craving it! I buy myself dark chocolate! and eat some pieces! It's healthy for you and won't make you gain weight! plus you just work it out! it's just a treat if you're eating healthy and tracking your intake.

I'm leaving this weekend but its for a week! I would bring my weights but I'm only allowed 1 suit case that can only be 50lbs! I guess I will do my best without weights there's always my own body weight!

Go for it! You never know! Just a heads up! Modeling can be very brutal and harsh if you decide to do it make sure you skin is thick! I work in the fashion industry and it can be a bit harsh! Just FYI! but good luck! :-)

Just eat healthy stuff! Whole grains, fruits and vegetable and lean protein-- and exercise! It's a simple formula.. It's just hard to keep with all the fast food and sweet and package foods out there. It's a slow process but it can be done! We are all in the same boat here!

I'm on the same boat as far as weight and heigh! except 2" shorter! Don't beat yourself up; if you keep up the workouts and watch what you eat! We'll get there sooner or later! I know when I really try to do my workouts religiously and eat well it shows! So just think positive and what you're doing in the present is going…
