Have been slacking!

Hello my fellow members; after vacation I have been slacking a bit! not counting calories and not hitting the gym as much! however I haven't notice that I have gained or loose any weight which is good-- but I need motivation to start my routine again! Any words of wisdom!

    i'm in the slacker boat too! i got a cold/stressed out with work and the holidays so i've been taking it easy. honestly, i'm probably going to keep slacking until the new year (i know, taking the easy way out). just take it slow. a few cardio sessions a week for a week or two, then slowly start adding back the strength training. you can get back to where you were, no worries =)
