Just really try and twist; It's hard because it doesn't feel natural for you body to twist that way drastically! but it sure does work!

I think that's the ideal overall--but unless you are bowl legged your inner thighs are going to rub! of course is not the same when they're batteling one ahead of the other when I'm walking! LOL! Definitely! I would look much smaller if my thighs were not so thick! They are my wrost enemy!

I think your weight is fine for your height! maybe you might want to tone up a bit-- also depends on your frame! If your frame is Medium your weight its fine the way it is, but if your frame is small maybe loosing 5 or 7 pounds will do.
