Going on Vacation this weekend!

Hello there Pals, I'm going on vacation this weekend and I don't want to fall off the wagon! Any suggestions for when you are traveling. I will try my best to do some exercises but some times you are moving around so much and going places that is hard to factor exercise in, any tips on food, beverages and activity?

    For a weekend, you could just make sure to keep an eye on the lower cal things on the menus when you go out. If you are on vacation for a weekend only, you are probably going to be very active anyway.
    If it is for a week, what I do is bring my weights with me and I do floor exercises (leg lifts, sit ups, squats, etc.) and I walk every day, no matter what. I get up early and do the exercises so I am ready for the fun vacation stuff when everyone else wakes up.
    My husband always makes sure that he books a condo with a stove so that I can cook to keep things healthy. That is just how I do things, but most people would not feel like that is a vacation with cooking and exercising.

    I'm leaving this weekend but its for a week! I would bring my weights but I'm only allowed 1 suit case that can only be 50lbs! I guess I will do my best without weights there's always my own body weight!
