ps: another unofficial weigh in this morning showed I was down .7lb. so I guess all my water drinking yesterday helped with the bloating issue from the weekend somewhat. Gonna stay on track for that today as well. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!!

I'm a huge fan of Lady Gaga's Edge of Glory. I keep it on my play list for when I have about 10 mins left in my power walk/jog and my legs are done and I wanna slow down. Never fails to pick me back up so I finish strong :smile:

If I'm hungry, I eat something healthy like fruit or veggies. If I am just craving something but have no real hunger I go for water, water and more water.
