  • The way you where doing it was just fine. You want to tone up more you dont up your protein you Up your weights your lifting or increasing the resistance in your workout.
  • This is just my opinion take it as you will. Your taking way to much protein Try 45-50% Carbs, 30-35% Protein and 20 to 15% fats. Carbs are very important and its good to get in some complex carbs. Muscle contains 100mg of protein so all you need is a little extra.
  • Protein is the building block of muscle . They taste pretty good and are great if your not eating a lot of meats etc. But dont believe the hype excessive amounts of protein will not give you more muscle. A well balanced meal should be more then enough protein for your needs.

  • Well my bad when I hear Protein I think extra shake etc. Still its just my opinion that taking too much protein can get you fat if your not working hard enough. I get in anywhere from 100 to 130 and I thinks thats way more then enough really. But hey whatever works for you by all means keep it.
