My personal message I wrote myself to motivate myself. I had it in my closet the whole time =) Note: Before and After Ive been slimmer but now im to the point where weight loss isn't a issue. Its more like body recomposition so Ive gain and loss but its more muscle now with a little fat =)

Does skin adhere to muscles?
Looked online and I cant really find anything on this subject. This I guess would fall under loose skin etc I guess.
