Low Sodium Turkey Pasta

I'll usually cook alot of this and save it in the fridge.
Good source of carbs,protein and fiber, very low in fat, sodium and not too bad on the calories.
Boil the pasta to your preference.
Season the turkey and leave the onion for last.
Once ground turkey is cooked add whole chopped onion and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir.
last add tomato sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
Ingredients:
Ground lean turkey
Organic Whole Wheat Pasta- Shells
Francesco Rinaldi - No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
Tomato Paste
Skim mozzarella if you want
Seasoning for the turkey:
Lemon
Oregano
Black Pepper
Mashed Garlic
