Aug 27... 253.8 Today Oct 1... 246.4 Lost 7.4 lbs in 5 weeks Right at 1.5 lbs a week! 13 weeks left, goal is 19.5 more!!! Puts me @ 226 by new years!!! Goal 225 by New Years!! Add as Friend ! I'm on sporadically, but going strong!!!

Heart rate as if I ran... But thanks everyone... I was just surprised when I logged them... That was a more intense workout than my usual, and no change in cal... Thought maybe it messed up

I'm in.. Lost 5.8 in last 3 weeks... I want to avoid knee replacement, (too many stories) and other things that go along with being too heavy... Current weight is 248... I'm 5'7"... Would love group support.

I'm 5'7" with fairly long legs... when I walk outside, steps are fairly wide I suppose... have no treadmill so far...

This is great motivation and inspiration! Good idea! I alternate different things... walk atleast 3 days a week, adjusting intensity... Strength with 5 lb hand weights, or total gym... or spartucus style... doing 50 squats, 50 sit ups, and 50 dips in one day... also do plie squats or scissor kicks, horse kicks an other…

Thank you all for input... and yes I basically did just start exercising... I have always done strength exercisng.. but never got out of breath... id always stop before I got very winded... and only walked at slow pace.. And can't afford doctor right now...

Like... just jogged last week cause I thought I couldn't! But I DID! I'm still hurting in shins, but will slowly progress to more running!! We are stronger than we think!

There are some great app workouts for cardio, and circuit training... basic "old fashioned" workin out with No equipment! It includes full body... all I use mostly now is 5lb weights... But its workin for me! Great workouts! Good luck!

Squats, jogging in place, step ups on chair, jump jacks, reach with lunge, knee high march, woodchopper is a great one, Touch toes/reach for sky, sit ups, crunches, lunges, butt kicks, horse kicks, leg lifts.... I'm sure the list goes on! I do mostly these for cardio... or just walking around dining/living room or in…
