Farm Style workouts
Does anyone else use tractor tire, cement blocks, shoveling, etc as farm workout?? I started flipping a tractor tire, carry blocks from point a to point b and shovel dirt and move with wheelbarrow... These are whole body workouts, feel great, and get very sore, building muscle... Am I the only one? And anyone have other…

throwing up because of exercise

Diet Drinks
OK... I hear alot about diet drinks... I drink ALOT of Diet Mountain Dew... atleast 2 a day, & up to 4 or 5... I consider that alot... How much difference would it make to cut those out??? Discrepancy in calories burned...
OK! I used a BIG word! But there is a HUGE Discrepancy within this site on calories burned..... just in the last hour or so,,, ive had several friends post exercise... What time do you weigh?
I'm just wondering what time ya'll weigh??? I try to weigh in the morning after using the restroom, and before I eat, but when I dont' have time and then get hungry, & go ahead & eat I dont' get to weigh or I feel like it isn't accurate... What do ya'll do? What do you recommend???

Which is better?? It is after 7 PM... I had protien shake for dinner in addition to 2 little pancakes,,, I'm stuffed.. I ate lo-cal rice & veggies today...
